Processing linked to consultation of the website takes place at FABERMATICA’s offices and is reported to the Authority for the protection of personal data with notification and management by third parties employed by FABERMATICA to perform technical or organizational tasks on its behalf. Personal data is processed by means of electronic or automated devices.

Browsing data

Computer systems and software used to guarantee this website runs correctly will implicitly acquire personal data when you browse the website.

This information is not collected in order to be linked to identified individuals; however its very nature could allow users to be identified if it is processed and linked to data held by third parties, subject to explicit authorization by the Judiciary.

This category of data includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by users when connecting to the website, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the resources requested, the time of the request, the parameters related to the operating system and the IT platform of the user.

This data is used by FABERMATICA for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistics on website usage and to check it performs correctly.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses provided on our website implies the subsequent acquisition of any personal data supplied, such as the e-mail address of the user used by FABERMATICA to reply to the customer/user.

According to this Article, you have the right to request cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose processing in any case for legitimate reasons by writing to FABERMATICA.

FABERMATICA reserves the right to change or amend this privacy policy at any time, particularly in light of any new industry regulations. In this case, any changes will take effect 15 days after the date of publication on the website.
